Street Strip, High Output, Pro series, Stroker, Racing Series and Short Blocks of any series carry no warranty due to the nature of use they are intended for. ENGINES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
•Damage due to improper installation, negligence, alteration, accident, improper use, or any use related to racing, track or competition.
•Damage caused by lack of proper maintenance, or failure to use or maintain proper type and levels of fluid, fuel, oil, certain synthetics or lubricants.
•Proper maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.
•Damage as a result of detonation, overheating, contamination or lack of lubrication.
•Damage caused by a turbocharger, supercharger, nitrous oxide, or similar product.
•Engine damage created by the customer or their agents due to improper or negligent tuning methods
•Engines used in racing, competition, with nitrous oxide, or other power adders or that fail due to alterations, or that are disassembled by the customer or their agent.
•The BUYER assumes all risk as to the performance of engines. The BUYER assumes all cost of damage or loss of property and consequential damages including removal and replacement.
•Use of components in excess of maximum torque specification.
•Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, or other economic loss.
•Crating or shipping of the motor to the customer. Obtaining proper insurance is the responsibility of the customer prior to shipping.
•Vehicles registered and normally operated inside or outside of the United States.
•Any engine assembled by the customer using customer supplied moving parts – such as, but not limited to — crankshaft, pistons, piston rods, camshaft, cylinder heads, intake manifold, rocker assemblies, lifters, springs, valves, etc.

Custom built engines are not returnable; Contact us within 24 hours to report any problems or changes. Custom products, by their nature, are products and materials which have been assembled to your order specifications, and are neither returnable nor refundable. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
