Gen 3 Hemi Rockers, Hardened Rocker Shafts, Straps, Collars

New Gen 3 Hemi Roller Rockers, Hardened Rocker Shafts, Straps and Collars. 

 

With valve train stability being our main concern we manufacture all of our shafts to be very stiff. These Stiff Shafts help Support the cylinder head like a Girdle. Our choice of material is .250” wall thickness 4130 Chromoly steel. Each heat treated shaft is prepared in a four axis milling center, then center less ground undersize, finish ground to size and Nitrided. This leaves a hard surface with low friction, providing excellent wear protection in any application, including use in your daily driven street Hemi or 2000+ HP Race Car.

 

All of our shafts use a threaded plug to seal each end. This eliminates any chance of an oil leak from worn or poor fitting O-rings. 4) Shafts Required Per Engine Rocker arm shaft tie bars help link the two modular shafts together. By allowing them to work together it helps keep the cylinder head stabilized at high rpm. Compatible with 5.7 Hemi Iron Head. Rocker arm shaft clamps do a good job of holding the rocker arm in position during operation. During valve train surge a shaft clamp can hold the rocker body in its position, helping keep the valvetrain stable. Billet C&C Machined! Made in America!
