5.7 and 6.1L Hemi 1000 HP Hardened Axle and Hub kit

The new level 5 Axle/Hub kit is being tested now. This system starts with a larger spline at the wheel as the factory CV is only 27 spline and too short to achieve proper engagement with the hub. A Chromoly 33 spline was placed on the outer shaft with a machined custom hub to accommodate this huge 1.416" spline.

The center bars are made from 300M and are also made with larger splines (36 teeth). After that we have made one of our Ball & Cage inner CV's that is designed for 9000 ft. lbs. of torque. This is one solid system for a heavyweight in the racing field.

The axles come with a 1 year warranty and will be available soon. A level 2 version will follow in a few months. Don’t snap an axle at the track; Get the new Level 5 Axle/Hub kit for your HEMI powered SRT8. This set is a Chrome-moly 33 spline on the outer and machined a custom hub to accommodate this huge 1.416" spline, vs. the factory CV with only a 27 spline. The center bars are made from a 300M material and have the Porsche-style 108mm inner CV’s with a new bolt-on flange. This solid Performance HEMI driveshaft system is rated for 1000hp and comes with a 1 year warranty.
