Sealed Power oil pumps provide dependable performance. Every pump is individually tested for pressure and flow under situations
that duplicate engine operating conditions. Sealed Power oil pumps are manufactured either from cast iron or cast aluminum as
specified by OE.

  • Gears are produced from sintered metal or steel.
  • All gears are machined to close tolerances to insure proper operating pressures and precise operation.
  • Shafts are case hardened to resist wear.
  • Precision-ground end plates provide maximum wear resistance.
  • Press fits, pins and keys are used to lock the gears to the shaft.
