Victor Reinz Gasket Sets

Victor Reinz does not just cut gaskets, it designs total system sealing approaches that utilize application engineering. This means that regardless of what application you are trying to seal, you can count on Victor Reinz doing the research and testing to provide the optimum material and technology for that specific application - this systems sealing approach requires a variety of materials. Some of the most common Victor Reinz materials are:

VR-2000™ - A sturdy facing material clinched to a perforated steel core, then it is covered with a Teflon® coating and is designed to seals minor surface irregularities while insuring gasket release and still withstanding hardware motion.

Multi-Layered Steel (MLS) - Two to three layers of steel, the outer layers are beaded spring steel, with an added polymer coating that aids in sealing. MLS gaskets reduce cylinder and cam bore distortion and offers a superior resistance to fretting.

Victo-Tech™ - Includes molded and silicone rubber material. All victo-tech designs meet or exceed OE specifications and OE designs. Victo-Tech is also one piece for easy installation and requires no sealant.
