CSR Electric Water Pumps

CSR Performance is the originator of the billet aluminum electric water pump and has long been the standard by which other water pump manufacturers follow, and who can blame them. These pumps have proven their worth over and over again with street rodders, drag racers, tractor pullers and circle track racers with years of rugged, dependable service. The high torque electric pump motor provides a constant flow rate which eliminates over-heating problems caused by extensive engine operation at low rpm's. It can also flow coolant throughout the system when the engine is not running for between round cool-downs with no moving belts or pulleys so you can safely inspect or service the engine.

Features:

  • Housing is fully CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum then anodized inside and out for long lasting corrosion protection.
  • Pump motor magnets are held in place by a patented spring retainer, not glue. Pump motor is designed and made in the USA.
  • High quality, carbon ceramic stainless steel spring-loaded seal totally isolates the motor shaft and bearings from the coolant.
  • Pump motor incorporates a sophisticated electronic R/F reduction system to eliminate ignition interference.
  • Sophisticated, super efficient impeller design improves flow rates at lower rpm's.
  • Pump shaft is made of stainless steel, which minimizes wear and eliminates corrosion.
  • Some pump models feature a removable center section for easy cam and timing modifications. This also allows the pump to operate on different engines, just purchase the appropriate flanges.
  • Incorporates some o-ring assembly.
